ALPHA TRAVEL & TOURISM AGENT ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ________________________________________ PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY Your use of this site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. JOINING CONDITIONS ALPHA TRAVEL & TOURISM grants a Travel Agent membership to the organisation which: 1. Completes and submits the Travel Agent application form 2. Fulfills the ALPHA TRAVEL & TOURISM criteria for Travel Agent registration USAGE CONDITIONS 1. A travel agent registered with the ALPHA TRAVEL & TPURISM Travel Agent program will gain access to discounted hotel rates ("Nett Rates"). These rates are not offered by Alpha Travel & Tourism to private and individual consumers. 2. To access these Nett Rates and make hotel requests using these rates, the travel agent must login to Alpha Travel & Tourism website with the Travel Agent ID and Password issued by Alpha Travel & Tourism. If the travel agent does not login, the agent will not be entitled to book using the Nett Rates. 3. All bookings requested made by the travel agent, using the Travel Agent account issued by Alpha Travel & Tourism, are subject to the Booking Conditions specified by the hotels. The Travel Agent will use the online request form on Alpha Travel & Tourism website, or by sending a fax signed and validated. 4. Alpha Travel & Tourism provides Nett Rates to Travel Agents. Should the travel agent wish to provide the hotel room booked through Alpha Travel & Tourism, to his/her client at a profit, the travel agent is able to "mark up" the Nett Rates. The amount payable to Alpha Travel & Tourism will always be equal to Nett Rates. 5. Travel Agent membership is not transferable to another individual or organization. Alpha Travel & Tourism reserves the right to suspend or revoke a travel agent registration without notice.
